To unlock the bonus stadiums follow the method listed below:

Humongous Memorial Stadium - Get to the world series
Aquadome - Hit a Home Run into the water on these three fields: Frazier Field, Gator Flats and Steele Stadium

Abner Dubbleplay:
To unlock Abner, you have to get every single certificate.

Force Errors:
when you hit a pop fly or a line drive and someone is going to catch it, keep tapping A and they will miss the ball. Note: start tapping A when they get in the spot where the ball will land. this also works on throws to bases.
