Kongols
Dragoon Spirit in Disk 2:
Although the most orthodox way of obtaining Kongols dragoon spirit
is to wait until disk 4 when you fight Indora, you can easily obtain
it in disk 2 so you can start powering it up earlier on. To get
it, wait until Kongol joins your party at the Home of Gigantos.
Then, travel back to the city of Lohan in Serdio and visit the merchant
who sold you the water bottle. He will offer you a "shiny stone"
for 1000 gold. Unlike with the water bottle, you can't heckle the
price down, but if you use Kongol a lot (or even if you don't) it's
definitely worth it.
