CODES
To activate cheat enter the following
at the Main Menu screen, you will hear a sounds when cheat is activated
and the cheat menu in the options will now be available
All Weapons :
Left Trigger, Left Trigger, X, Y, Y, Right Trigger, Right Trigger
Invicibility:
X, Y, Left Trigger, Right Trigger, Left Trigger, Right Trigger,

Unlock All Missions:

Unlock All Vehicles:

How to get people in your car:
While playing the game press L(3), R(2), A, A, X, Y(2) if you typed
it correctly a message will appear saying "you actavated a cheat"

UNLOCKABLES
Secret Car locations - Miami:
Go to the following locations to find the secret cars. Save your
profile in the options menu to access the cars anytime thereafter.
TT Cuatro (Ford GT-40) - Middle bridge
on star island at the end of the road in a luxury garage.
Velocity Turbo - In Tico's Construction
Yard between two buildings facing the river.
Go Kart - To the right of the Biltmore
Hotel (Coral Gables) is a tunnel. At the end, kill Timmy and flip
the switch to unlock the track. Go Kart in Pit Stop
Secret Car locations - Nice:
Go to the following locations to find the secret cars. Save your
profile in the options menu to access the cars anytime thereafter.
Camper Van (VW Hippie Van) - At the
summit of Chateau Grimaldi in a garage. Look for the multiple circular
roads on the in game map.
Dolch Schub - Look for the Fire Station
at the Nice airport. There are three big red garage doors and this
car is in the left one.
Forklift - Parked in the right garage
of the Chapel de St. Hospice. On your in-game map it is on the right
most tip of Nice where it points out to sea.
Secret Car locations - Istanbul:
Go to the following locations to find the secret cars. Save your
profile in the options menu to access the cars anytime thereafter.
Speedster - Hidden in the main Train
Warehouse shed behind a container. On your in game map the Train
yard is in the lowest left hand region
Roadster (Bugatti) - Found at the
docks inside a red container facing the Kamsa building. On your
in game map the docks are just left of the left most bridge (Top
island)
Racer GT (Hard Top) - Found in the
old Industrial Park in the triple garage door. (Located on Top island
in Beyoglu West area)
Timmy Rewards:
Kill 10 Timmy Vermicelli's in each island and then go to the armory
which will be indicated on your in game map by a blue dot. The following
rewards are then unlocked.
18 Wheeler Anarchy Mode (Timmy's
attack with Semi's) - Kill 10 Timmy's in Miami
Fugitive Mode (All peds have weapons
and hate you) - Kill 10 Timmy's in Nice
Infinite Mass (Plow through all vehicles
without slowing down) - Kill 10 Timmy's in Istanbul
