Hint - Easy Money:
You can make lots of simoleons by selling your paintings. Build up your creativity, then paint and sell your paintings. When your creativity is all the way up you will earn 500 simoleons for each painting.

Hint:
when doctor newlow calls, he needs you to get a place and a ride to town, (duncan ride Bella house) when you ask bella for a place, she wants all of your money for it. well, go to mabo loa and buy as much as you can until you have no more simelons. then ask bella for the house. you will then get it for free instead of her taking all your money, because you have no money. then sell a couple of secrets to mabo loa, get the dounuts for duncan for the ride, the apologize to mabo loa. you will then have some money from the secrets, you also got the house for free. when you get to Paradise Place, Duncan will give you 800 simelons.

Hint:
Press select and press L or R till you get to the perk screen. Hold down L + R + SQUARE. Now you will be able to buy a blue heart perk. You buy it for 0$. It is the best cheat ever. Now press SELECT and then press O and then press X. There will be a list of things this cheat can do. You can use this perk as many times as you wish. On the list are things such as GAIN 1000$, REFILL SANITY METER, ADVANCE IN COOKING CHARISMA BODY CREATIVITY LOGIC AND OTHER STUFF. Every time you press 1000$ it will give u 1000$. Press it 20 times, then go to your phone and select buy mode. You can buy WHATEVER U WANT. Your sim can live the dream life.
